| This is a great product my Girlfriend is obsesed with twilight and she loved it, no complaints. other than this is in fact not a toy as the review asked me how good this toy was? slightly confused by that, but I had gotten the product on time and not damaged. |

Poor Quality Big Disappointment

| I purchased this product for my granddaugher, I was not aware it was a toy, I was thinking costume jewelry and when we received the product the necklace had the silver plating color wore off the ring that held the key on the necklace and now even through has never been wore in water and the entire necklace is turning. When we received the bracelet the heart would not lock and it kept coming undone and she finally worked and worked over a hour to get the latch to catch and now it does latch however for over $40.00 you would think it would be better quality. When I pay over $40.00 for a product you would think it would last longer than receiving it and now after several weeks it looks horrible. The company did offer me to mail back and they would send me a new one, my granddaughter did not want to be without it any longer so I did not return. However, I would not want someone to think they were getting costume jewelry and for $40.00 you are getting a cheap toy jewelry. This product reminds me of something the Dollar Tree, which is a store that everything is a $1.00 in the store, would carry. For a dollar, it is worth that not $40.00, please don't waste your money. |
